Specialist goods require specialist transport and storage facilities. This ensures that your commodities are handled with the up most care and attention, and fully compliant with all legal requirements. Redcliffe has over 30 year experience of handling these type goods and in particular explosives and ammunition which is part of our corps business. Redcliffe are considered UK leaders for the storage of all types of Class 1 Explosives.
We operate three explosive storage facilities located in the North West, Midlands and South West of England. This coverage allow us good access to major transport hubs such as ports and airports. We have licenced overnight parking enabling us to collect, store and deliver across the UK whilst remaining fully compliant with all storage and transport regulations.
In addition to the storage of Class 1 Explosives, all of our sites are approved for the storage of Section 5 Firearms and associated Ammunition. Our North West facility is also authorised to store goods assigned for Customs Bonded storage.
All of our storage facilities are Upper Tier COMAH sites and operate at the very highest levels of safety, security and compliance. In addition, all sites are approved by HSE, Police and Counter Terrorism organisations. We work closely with all regulating authorities and are able to offer some the best explosive storage solutions in the industry.
